reminds me of other tales of renny/sca/amtgard/etc children... the son of an SCA king who, in kindergarten, didn't know the President of the U.S., but DID know who the king was (...his father!) or the 4yo daughter of an amtgardian (SCA with boffer swords and no armor) who could recite runes and swing a double-headed metal axe like it _was_ a boffer weapon (Valkyrie, anyone?)
