Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 16 April 2010

The big news in Birtherstan today is the fact that Judge Lamberth told Dr. Orly "No, you can't have a Quo Warranto, not yours". Alan Keyes is still a sore loser, Fitzpatrick still has a hate-on for the military justice system, and "private attorney general" Paul Mitchell makes a reappearance among the birtherstani. And some politicians enjoy rolling around in a patch of birthers.

Washington, WTF??

WHAT IS IT WITH THIS STATE AND FARM ANIMALS ANYWAY???? Or was Whatcom just trying to get the tourism trade from Enumclaw???

Felon accused of running animal-sex farm in Whatcom County

"A convicted drug smuggler and horse trainer was ordered held in federal custody Friday morning following his arrest for allegedly operating a Whatcom County farm that catered to people who want to have sex with animals.

Douglas Spink appeared before a federal magistrate in Seattle. He was ordered held until another hearing scheduled for April 30.

Spink was arrested on Wednesday after federal investigators discovered he was allegedly running a Web site advertising the farm, which is not only a crime but it violates his federal probation for drug smuggling, said Whatcom County Sheriff Bill Elfo.

"They were promoting tourism of this nature for bestiality," Elfo said."
