I recommend Dr Wiseman, Dr Allen, or Dr Krober. Jason has worked with many of the Group Death docs, but those three stand out to me. They deal mainly with peds, but I suspect that being as they work out of the family health center, they see grown ups too.

I know you said that the bit has some other issues (not sure what you want to post publicly or not) and those three do work with special needs kids. It seems that Dr Krober is the one that gets most of them though.
