True, it's only one side of this story, but I guarantee it happens entirely too often. Judges are required to remain impartial sources of wisdom. Neither religion or or social accords are supposed to play a part. Sure it's one sided, but one has to wonder what the hell damage has been done to the child, the relationship and to justice...
