Looks like it. The red triangle-in-circle graphic and the flat, oval intakes integrated into the dual-delta wings' leading edges seems a fair giveaway.

Nice photograph. I always loved the Draken, such a neat plane.

Are those auxillary fuel tanks behind the forward landing gear?

Yup its a Draken. Darn cool plane that's still in limited use.
