San Diego restaurant waitress assaults autistic child, manager blames parents for having the child

As near as I can tell, assualt and battery charges against the waitress, possibly against the manager as a co-defendent as well, an ADA violation complaint, and more than likely a few more tacked on for good measure.

I'm beyond appalled. This is "our Nolly"?? She was there? Holy Moly!

We need to pass this story around this week, before Con-Dor and then again later on for Comic-Con. Don't want any of our friends going there by accident. Still, from the sound of the 15-minute wait to get served in the first place, nobody could recommend this place anyway.
