San Diego restaurant waitress assaults autistic child, manager blames parents for having the child

As near as I can tell, assualt and battery charges against the waitress, possibly against the manager as a co-defendent as well, an ADA violation complaint, and more than likely a few more tacked on for good measure.

Wow......I'm appalled

holy smokes! anyone trying that up here would be out of business within a day.. two days tops! you don't treat people with disabilities like that.. and especially not KIDS!
