Game Show
I was listening to the Kasper Hauser Podcast. Their first one was a game show. Each person had a phone connected to a phone in a hut somewhere in the 14th century. Each of the three players had 30 seconds to impart as much useful information as they can to the person on the other end of the phone.
So, since I have a batch of history geeks on my LJ, what would YOU tell that random 14th century person in 30 seconds?? :-)

There's more specific suggestions I have for England, too, but that's the best general knowledge I could give.
Of course, if they actually did stop the plague that would be a shot in the arm to feudalism in the west.
