Wow...

I hate teachers like that - having HAD some.

Ask me sometime why I'm a mathphobe. Let's just say it was bullies like this.

Teacher Accused Of Bullying Students

"“I found, unfortunately, 30 years, from 1977 until 2007, outcries from parents, ‘Please do something about this teacher.’ I saw letters in her file, teachers approaching her, but nothing ever being done,” said parent Cyndie Westrich.

Channel 2 checked and Asnip’s personnel file is loaded with complaints from parents and teachers stating that her tactics are clearly unacceptable, including, “pushing kids against the wall.”

A letter from Ms. Asnip’s assistant principal states, “We’re tired of covering for you and making excuses for you.” It’s signed by Dell Loyd in February of 1990."

Also why I have a hard time with spelling. It is amazing how much damage a single bad teacher can do.

Well, this shows the Teacher's Union at work. Once a teacher has tenure, nothing less than having sex with an underage student or going on a killing rampage will get them out unless they are willing to go. And when they do go, they get full pay and health benefits for the rest of their life.

Oh boo-hoo...

On second thought, maybe the reason why I hate math and couldn't even get through remedial college algebra (after trying 3 times no less) is due to a sadistic summer-school math teacher in grade school who would whack the back of your head with a yardstick when you got the problems wrong on the blackboard...
