Story
The story takes place in the future city of New York that is submerged in water where Colin MacLeod, the immortal Scottish Highlander. With his ghost Amergan, they seeks to find Marcus Octavius who has killed Colin's lover centuries ago in the Celtic plains. Now living in a dominant fortress that towers over the sea, will MacLeod help the tortured people of New York or seek vengeance for his lovers death?"
