OK, forgive the egregious generalization, but such a thing would only work in a urinal. Women would get (a) annoyed and (b) bored at such a thing. And how does such a game score? If you urinate longer, do you get more "game time?" Such a thing is undoubtedly desirable at places like bars where urination is copious and hygene is questionable at best.
