patgundLast night, using a recipe for pan-fried catfish I had, I ended up making catfish for dinner.
The local cats liked it, but I can't say the same for me. I don't know if it was the local ingredients, or just the frozen catfish was poor, but it was like library paste at best.
So much for that recipe.
