To Eric Miller I have this to say:

Miller, 26, refuses to yield: "I am supposed to be the leader of the family."

Can't lead if no one follows you, Miller. I think you're confusing "leader" with "boss." Given the current national leadership, I'm not surprised such a confusion will occur. Let me clarify the two terms; while a boss can do whatever he wants and not really get in trouble, a true leader takes into consideration the feelings and input of those s/he leads. Being a boss is simple. Being a leader is extremely difficult.

He's pretty sure his wife will come around once she recognizes he's modeling his life after Jesus', like a good Christian should. It'll just take a little explaining, because the Jesus he has in mind is the guy on the wanted poster: "confrontational and sarcastic when he needed to be," Miller says, and determined to use "whatever means was necessary to achieve his goal."

Patterning your life after Jesus' life? So you were studying with the learned scholars when you were 6, started your own sept of Judaism by 30, encouraged people to leave their own lives and work in service to you, and pissed off the government bad enough for them to execute you by 33? Just what part of Jesus' life includes getting married and having kids in the first place? Miller, you need to leave your family completely, quit your job as a construction worker, and wander the land preaching the gospel to everyone who will listen if you want to model your life after Jesus' career.
