Gee...I played Shadowrun for 3 years, and even GM'd it too. Yet, I don't remember pretending to be ANY of my characters in real life. I think the best course of actions is that the judge for the case immediatly start playing an RPG, like Shadowrun, and see if it controls his mind. When he finds out it doesn't, he can confine the idiot to a lifetime in a mental health hospital where he clearly has needed to be for some time.
