Clicking on anything pulls up Yet Another New Window, rather than going into the main window of the frame.

Which is, actually, per design. I was having a major glitch with the frameset and certain browsers. So I set them to open in a new window rather than spewing all over the place. I figure this weekend I'll either debug the nav panel, or say screw it and write a DHTML or Javascript to handle the navigation.
