Rt. 66? I dunno, I mean, Foothill is a zoo under normal rush-hour conditions. Unless I-10 or I-210 is at a *ahem* dead stop, I'd suggest staying on the freeway.
Any suggestions for going east from the San Bernardino Valley area, for those who don't want to go north (i.e. over the Cajon Pass)? The only other ways I know of are over the mountains or out I-10.
If you survive the zombies, this is good info to squirrel away in case of other events causing one to want to evac.
