Had the dream again
Feb. 20th, 2002 10:34 amTo be precise, had the teddy bear dream again.
I've been having this dream for almost two years now. Here's how it goes.
I find myself in a barren desert, except instead of sand, it's made up of teddy bears. I struggle over teddy bear dunes and teddy bear drifts. I see, on the horizon, a teddy bear storm coming my way. Before the storm hits I encounter a group of nomads riding stuffed toy camels. They don't speak, but they guide me onto one of the camels and we ride off to escape the storm. Sometimes one or two of the nomads are people I know, but they don't act like they recognize me.
In some versions we take shelter in an oasis full of stuffed animals and plush palm trees. In other versions we come to a huge fortress, with teddybearstone blocks. In either case, the dream ends when we come to that goal. And while the nomads indicate I need to go past the fortress or oasis, the dream ends before I can do such.
