You know, I've just about had it with the trial of David Westerfield. (The person charged in the kidnapping and murder of Danelle Van Dam.) Somebody needs to tell the bottom-dwelling scum-sucking pigdog he has as a lawyer that he's the one on trial, NOT the Van Dams or their lifestyle.

The case is not if the Van Dams are swingers or not. The case is not how many people they may or may have boinked. The case is if Westerfield kidnapped and killed Danelle Van Dam. His lawyer, on the other paw, seems to have a sadistic/voyeuristic desire to compound the Van Dams pain and angish over the loss of their daughter by dragging their supposed lifestyle and activities out into the public - activities that are, quite frankly, are not germaine to the case.

At the time that the Van Dams need the loving support of their family and friends - including friends they may be loving and intimate with, this scum sucker is insisting on trying to drag the spotlight off his client by throwing mud and crap on the Van Dams. And it's sickening, and it's adding to the pain and suffering they already are going though.
