Still here

We lost two houses the next street over from where I live. It's so smoky right now I can't see across the valley. Ugh.

Right now I could use some hippo repellant - to get rid of the hippo currently riding across my chest and diaphram.

And all the nearby Saturn dealerships are closed today, so I can't get my car fixed.

Oh well, at least I still have a home, (barring a flareup that jumps I-8)

Just in case....

My overnight bag is repacked, as is my laptop bag. All my important files, as well as digital images of my belongings, are on the iBook in the bag, (and transferred over to my work server as well.) An extra 10 minutes of time would allow me to grab my harp and the G4 desktop.

Overnight bag also has pictures and records for Little Bit and Littlest Bit in it.

Clothes, garb, legos, books, etc., can be replaced. If worse comes to worse, so can my harp and G4. Everything that's needed is already packed and waiting, just in case they have to evacuate again.
