On KNX-AM a few minutes ago, while reporting on coverage from the Democratic National Convention, I was "treated" to the sound of Ted Kennedy attempting to "sing" mariachi music with members of the California delegation.

At the moment, I'm willing to support a constitutional amendment prohibiting Sen. Kennedy from ever singing again, much less "Jalisco".

Think William Shatner. But worse.

A friend of aeire, of Queen of Wands fame, won a "Hal Jordan Green Lantern" statue at ComicCon. Which he asked her to post on eBay for sale.

Needless to say, she rather....embellished....the pictures, with the help of her "Toddler-Friendly Wolverine" figure.....
