Saturday was the most important awards night in Hollywood, far outshining that other show and it's lackluster award, (You know, that one named after some dude, name begins with an O or something like that.)

At least, important if you're a bad movie buff like me.

No, Saturday was the 25th Annual Razzie awards, honoring the worst that Hollywood had to offer.

Worst Actress Halle Berry actually accepted her Razzie (for her work in Worst Picture "Catwoman") at the awards, saying "I want to thank Warner Bros. for casting me in this piece of crap." "Catwoman" screenwriter John Rodgers also accepted his Razzie in person.

"Catwoman" took home four awards, Worst Picture, Worst Actress in a leading role, Worst Director, and Worst Screenplay. Worst Actor in a leading role went to President Bush for his performance in "Fahrenheit 9/11" (Which also took awards in Worst Supporting Actor, Worst Supporting Actress, and Worst Screen Couple, tying "Catwoman" in awards.)

"Scooby-Doo 2" took "Worst Remake or Sequel", and Arnold Schwarzenegger took home a special "Worse Razzie Loser of the last 25 years" for getting the most Razzie nominations over the years without actually winning. Also "winning" special 25 years awards were "From Justin to Kelly" for Worst Musical, "Gigli" for Worst Comedy, (to go with its 2003 Worst Picture Razzie), and "Battlefield Earth" for Worst Drama, (to go with its 2000 Worst Picture Razzie").

Over the last six months or so now, I've been finding the webcomic "General Protection Fault" to be getting worse and worse and worse. Much the same reason I stopped reading "Sluggy Freelance", I'm no longer finding it funny. I suspect GPF is about to go the same way shortly.

Which is why I found Randy Milholland's, (the artist for "Something Positive") take on a recent SPF storyline to be funny. In a sick, twisted, and flatout wrong way of course, but S*P is good at that.

(Note, may offend some - okay, a lot of - people)
