Bridge Mix - You are an old standby--reliable and comforting. People don't necessarily seek you out, but you are always welcome at parties. Your one weakness is a tendency to try to be all things to all people. Your ideal job: Politician. Marry Bubblegum or a Fried Fruit Pie, but never a Ding-Dong.

A realization
Mar. 16th, 2005 10:38 amYesterday at Toys R Us, I saw the Barbie and Ken Lord of the Rings set. (The Ken as Legolas doll isn't that bad.) And it suddenly dawned on me.
So far we've seen the Star Trek Barbie and Ken sets. And the King Arthur sets as well. And a few others with a fantasy theme to them, as well as some Ren Faire-type outfits. Plus I've seen Barbie dressed as Wonder Woman, Batgirl, and Supergirl. Which leads to an unescapable conclusion.
Barbie and Ken are fen. They *have* to be. I mean, it's the only answer that makes sense to me.
How long before we "Barbie and Ken go to the Con" sets, complete with little membership badges?
