Dr. Orly's Quo Warranto gets a motion to dismiss from the defense attorneys, who point out all of her previous cases and actually say something nice about the Kreep in it. J.D. Hayworth is still trying to get the stink of birther off of him. The OC weekly reports on Dr. Orly's troubles with the State Bar of California, Hawaii's Vexatious Request bill moves though that State's law-making process, John Charlton holds up apples to the birthers and claims they're oranges. Dr. Kate still lives in fantasyland, and it looks like Sky News needs to do better research. Mr. Manning is still off his med, while The Fantasy Tiddlywinks League goes "we're idiots and proud". The stink of birther doesn't help campaigns much, while Nathan Deal decides he's got greener pastures outside the US Congress.
