Carl Swensson is paranoid and confuses the line between him and his "Pixel Patriot" personna. Used PUMA kitty litter shows up at the Pest, while some of Fitzpatrick's buddies printed a luv letter to ol' Walter. Dr. Orly is still trying to horn in on the HCR lawsuit, while whining the other Republicans in California won't go near her. "Squeeky Fromm" shows up again, this time at Ed Hale's Texas-Fried Bigfoot hut. The White House comments on the Arizona Birther Bill, and the Kenyan Embassy throws their own tea party.
