Dr. Orly continues to fight the birther civil war. Lakin is upset because the US Army seems to think his behaviour is inappropriate. MSNBC does a story about birthers, tea baggers, and nuts - oh my! The Pest and eFail gives a verbal happy ending to Paul Vallely. World Nut Daily continues to not report on Tim Adams racist connections. The Court of Appeals tells Berg "no oral arguments needed, thx, bye". And Dr. Orly is of the "attention is attention, good or bad" school.
