Observation

Rick Santorum must have an entire National Geographics worth of issues going on in his brain pan. Seriously, he seems to want to make things illegal either to exercise control over others, or to keep him from doing the things that, deep down inside, he craves and dreams about doing.

Either that, or he's simply someone who pleasures himself while reading "The Handmaid's Tale" and "1984".
