Even if there WAS a claim against Mr. Obama not being born in the US, if he did eventually obtain citizenship in the US, he would be qualified to be a US Senator.
President of the US is another story. But this does not cover the Presidency.

Nothing in this indicates anything about needing to be natural-born citizen.
