Sounds so lovely? To bad the price tag is so far out of range along with oh location....

*whimper* I WANT it...

It's funny to me that the agent is using that as a selling point, though. I figured Heinlein was obscure enough outside of the geek community not to be on anyone's radar.

I guess I agree w. the first comment. I went through CO Springs years ago and besides the AF Academy there's nothing that stands out in my mind. Too far from Denver for commuting and I don't remember it being a corporate center kind of town so jobs might be hard to come by. And then theres the problem of moving to another state...

Also, unless the location is really prime, that's a fantastic price for an obviously dated house. Everything looks like the late 70s-early 80s so I'd presume all the mechanicals are similar which may mean new roof, new windows, new furnace/AC, etc will be in the buyers future...

Oh and as a PS: If I was seriously interested, I'd do some research to find out whether he actually BUILT the house or had it built. Most likely the latter but then again...

You know, it took me this long to realize that with the passing of Arthur C Clarke last month, all of the BIG THREE have left us. Sad...

Oh and I recall what I was thinking of when I heard 'house built by RAH...he designed & built an innovative round house in Santa Cruz, CA.
