This morning sucked

About 11pm my stomach started to cramp. I have IBS, so that's not uncommon. What I didn't realize was that my body decided to get rid of everything possible in my digestive system. Which means I was up from 11pm to 4am cramping and being quite ill.
It settled down a bit by 6am, but still didn't let up until 10am.
Oh, and I usually have to be at work by 8:30am. Needless to say, I didn't get here until 11am.
Not fun. Not fun at all.
