D/FW Sushi Guides needed

patgundTo my various friends in the Dallas / Ft. Worth Area, I need some help from a native Sushi guide.
Some people on the Lois McMaster Bujold list are thinking of going en masse to a sushi place during ConDFW. Since many are not local to the area, there's been no real suggestions.
Any suggestions? (Hotel is in Richardson) I know there's a Todai in Plano, but that's the extent of it.
