patgundI've been wanting fresh salsa lately, so.....
Garlic and Tomato Salsa
7 medium tomatoes
1 jalepeno pepper
3 cloves of garlic
large handful of fresh cilantro
sea salt
(Optional - cooked corn kernels or chopped onions to taste.)
Coarsely chop the tomatoes
Finely chop the jalepeno (including seeds) and garlic.
Wash, dry and chop the cilantro.
Mix together in a large bowl and add salt to taste.
