Kerchner v Obama gets a ruling in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and Kerchner might want to get his checkbook out. There's unrest among the cRAP masters and the cRAPpers who follow them. Jerome Corsi shows he's right at home writing for World Nut Daily by making stuff up. Again. Barnett v Dunn gets moved to Federal Court. Polland / Polarik has another "brainstorm" to add to his conspiracy theory. And Dr. Kate starts her "siege".
