patgundGetting to work was hell today. Turns out a school bus with 45 kids in it went over on its side on I-5 this morning, at the exit I normally take. Needless to say, the commute was FUBAR.
Thankfully though, injuries seem to be minor. I can just imagine how their parents feel right now.
Woke up to a particularly bad IBS attack. Growl. Not happy. In addition to that, I can't seem to turn my neck without pain in my neck and between the shoulders. Rubbed it in with Flexall and took 800 mg of Ibuprofen before going to work. Still hurts like heck though.
Then again, I'm not sleeping well at all right now. So I suspect a crick in my neck isn't surprising.
Tired mostly.

To the point where I now recommend it to most of my friends when they are in pain. The stuff is called Zheng gu shui and I've seen it sold by martial arts suppliers (I don't remember if Henry's sells it or not, but I would not be surprised) I first found it at Dragonsmarsh.
