Baked Dirty Rice
1 cup raw rice
1 pound lean ground meat OR crabmeat or shrimp
1 can cream of mushroom soup
or cream of celery
1 can onion soup
1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper
Combine ingredients and put into an 8x8" baking dish (all raw) or 2-quart casserole. Mix well. Cover securely with foil. Top with cover so steam won't come out. Bake in 425 degree oven for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
