Home again.....

Back in San Diego County now, at my home computer, flaky dial up connection and all.

Also minus a passenger side mirror, because some idiot in a monster SUV managed to take it out in a parking lot. *Then* got out (still on the cell phone), and starts screaming at me for "trying to hit and run on her". (I was parked. Hard to do). She called the police, who *refused* to take a report. Also, her husband showed up and basically started asking "why did you call anyone on this??" (the sum total of damage on her care was a 2 mm paint chip.)

*sigh*

Not looking forward to seeing my office tomorrow. (Blegh)

Wishing I could turn around and head back to the Pacific Northwest. Oh well.

Have a picture of Little Bit in the Samhain costume I got for her in Vancouver, BC. I'll post it after I work on it in Photoshop.
