Well, I was going to study and attend caprine's concert tonight.

What I did was stay at home with a sinus pressure headache. Still feeling shaky and muzzy as a result.

Yes, I know a sinus pressure headache isn't a migraine. However, I get many of the side effects, including flashing lights and auras with them as well. Not fun.

I find that sinus headaches and migraines usually go hand in hand for me. This is why when a sinus headache is brewing and people say, "Maybe it'll go away" I ignore them and start taking the decongestants and painkillers.

WEIRD weather we're having. I woke up this morning to a fantastic storm that according to Steve generated only in this area. Now it's sunny. Weird.
