They happen to be an "Eye-Link Communicator", part of Wild Planet's Spy Gear line

They also make the "Spy Safe Cracker", a toy safe that requires three seperate steps, (maze, sonic match, and a code breaker), to open, (oh, okay, you can use the PIN as well. But what's the fun in that?)
