Wait for 48 hours. I just threw $300 of my hard-earned money to the unearned idiots at MCI. At least the payment centre was a lot more helpful then the twits at fraud were.

I've also filed complaints with the Califronia PUC and with the BBB.

What service can they be giving you that is worth that much? I'd have said forget it and let them cancel the service, I think.

In a nutshell, unlimited flat rate long distance. And with 90% of my friends being long distance, it's hard to beat.

Just never plan to get a calling card from them again.
