Came back from Anime Expo, just in time to start feeling really queasy and otherwise really icky stomachwise.
By 5am that morning, it felt like every part of my digestive system was on fire, and I was starting to get chills and a fever.
By 7am, I wasn't feeling quite like death microwaved, so to speak. Have you ever had that feeling when a nerve jumps in your stomach or elsewhere. Imagine your entire digestive system doing that.
This isn't helped by a toddler trying to help you get better - and jumping on your tummy at the same time.
By noon, the fever broke, and I felt good enough to take a shower and sip some 7-up by 1pm. By 2pm I started to feel dreadful again, and by 5pm I was back to a fever and chills. No way I felt good enough to drive safely home yesterday.
Feeling weak today, but otherwise okay. Going to dump myself in a shower and head back to San Diego. I'm hoping I don't have another relapse by the time I get home.
Blegh
