I skimmed the comments. Calzone with an opening? Pretty much.
But I may test doing something like this with basic flat-bottomed cones, test it on the kids. The trick would be how to keep the cone from going all soggy - I think *maybe* lining it with a slice or two of provolone (or cheap american cheese) to keep the sauce from hitting the cone. That might work.
