Actually the reindeer puzzle page comes up. Its the page at http://www.xydexx.com/inflatable/animal.htm that is blocked. Though using Google Translation as a quick and dirty proxy, the page resolves.

I guess QTel feels the Qatari people need to be protected from you.......
