The McDonald's here in Qatar, (as well as other locations in the Middle East), have a sandwich called the McArabia. It's an Arabic-style flatbread, with lettuce and mayo and tomatoes and either grilled lamb koffta or grilled chicken.

Not overly fond of sandwiches, but I can see where some of my friends would like it.

Mmm, goat.

I'll have to find time to get to the local goat supplier tomorrow. I could make some meatballs for the freezer - half goat, half beef shank. Tiny ones, grill 'em and freeze 'em, use for sammiches and such.

Damn, I've been really craving meat lately.

But yeah, make mine lamb. :)
