There's a video game in Japan called "Boong-Ga Boong Ga". The goal is.....ummm well.
Here, read this Wired Article or this article in The Register about it.
And if you really need to see a picture, check out this one at Something Awful, who said "I don't ever want to see this game in the arcade nor do I want to be associated with anyone who has played it"

And besides, it's not all about the spankin'...after all, there's clamps, canings, floggings, gags and all sorts of other fun-and-frolicsome things one can do...
(I'm beginning to think that I might just be slightly more twisted than even I realize, some days...)
