Natives fear Scottish cowboy town

"A Wild West enthusiast's plan to create a frontier town called Tranquility near his Huntly home has come under fire from neighbours who fear that it won't live up to its name.

Alistair Baranowski, aka Johnny B, has applied to build several timber buildings – including a jail, school, bank, undertakers, general store and telegraph office – to sit alongside his existing saloon in a field at Drumblair, near Huntly.

He says the idea for the township emerged during an internet chat with a fellow cowboy fan from Airdrie."
