"Japan's biggest toy maker said the model, 1.5 meters tall and weighing 35 kg, will come with a price tag of 350,000 yen.

There's a company that sells a zaku at that size. AnimePlus in Northridge has one on display. It's pretty cool!

Rising Sun Creations (now just "Anime Manga" and in larger quarters across the street) used to have a plastic "Char's Zaku" that was about 4'6 and had a machine gun it could pose with.

Yeah, I remember that. That was more of a statue though, this looks like more of a model kit.
