Me, I think of it as online girl-watching. I don't have to get into shape and go to the beach this way. And if you didn't like onlinebootycall.com, your mysterious benefactor probably shouldn't sign you up for collarme.com, either.
Hope you find out who it was. I can tell you it wasn't me; I always ask first.
Eh, Collarme isn't bad. I have a few friends there. At least collarme *gives* you information about the person and their likes and dislikes. OLBC only gives you a handle, height and weight, and a picture, with nothing else. Feh.
And I've noticed that frequently the height, weight, hair and eye color are false. I'm beginning to think the entire site is a scam. So far, I've been in contact with several women who never wrote back, two Nigerian scammers, one check fraud scammer, and a hooker. There's a few other things as well, but they could sound as much like sour grapes as an indicator that the site is a scam, so they don't make very convincing evidence.
Are we still talking OLBC? Because while I haven't had much luck dating on collarme.com, I've met a much nicer class of people there. Although I did get one Nigerian scammer there, too. Apparently, those are endemic.

Date: 2006-08-09 06:00 am (UTC)Haven't seen or heard anything on OLBC. Of course, I haven't checked much after my initial what the hell reaction
