Too bad Darach doesn't have the money in the account to get that for the annual Pirate Tourney.

They add value and curb appeal to your home.

Oh CERTAINLY! Imagine the reaction of a potential buyer who comes up to your house...he/she is single, childless couple -OR- empty nesters...they'd really APPRECIATE having a weathered fiberglass sculpture SO MUCH that they'd GLADLY pay more for your house!! RIGHT!!?! :P

(disconnect sarcasm module)

I'm sooooo sick of the mfrs of those stupid $6-15k+ playsets saying that they add value to your home!! BULLSHIT!! It adds about as much as a swimming pool (here in MN) that is to say if you find a buyer that LIKES it, fine, but most people want a discount on the property to cover the cost of removal!! ppppttthhhh!! :P----------I

Mmmmm, I bet Mhari would just go nuts over that. Of course, it does cost about half again as much as what my parents paid for their house in Azusa. Still, we live in a world where my own house sold for a quarter of a million . . .
