Would you like fries with that?

"WHAT a whopper! This towering 8,000-calorie beefburger’s certainly not for the faint-hearted.
It has four slabs of beef weighing 2lbs, three cheese layers, four bacon rashers, lettuce and tomato.

The Heart Attack Grill in Tempe, Arizona, has wheelchairs to cart off belly-busted customers who tackle the Quadruple Bypass Burger.

Also on the menu is the slightly smaller Triple Bypass Burger and Flatliner Fries cooked in pure lard."

I know somebody who could probably eat that. He's got a record at a burger joint in NJ and has done a Vermonster all on his own.

I know someone, too

My son (who will be 15 in a month) can put away an In-n-Out 4x4, with fries, and apparently not feel particularly bloated afterwards.

This from someone who's not quite 6' and weighs around 140ish pounds. I don't know where he got that metabolism, but it wasn't from me! :-( ;-)

I can *occasionally* go for a 1 lb Fuddruckers burger with mushrooms and bacon.

But I always feel like I need to be rolled into a corner so I can digest it for a few days......

I'll do two double-doubles (that way I don't have to stretch the mouth so far :) ), but if I do, I don't order fries. However, my waistline has paid the price for eating like that too often.
