Rainy Day......

patgundLos Angeles got the storm that the Pacific Northwest had a few days ago. It's not as bad, but still a pretty good drenching.
Listening to the hiss of the tyres on the concrete of Foothill Blvd outside my bedroom window, the smell of rain, and a quiet evening.
So far, so good.
Oh, was given a gift card to WalMart. Used it to get some housewares. And a Philips DVD 5140 DVD that can be made region free, and handles PAL / NTSC. (I've noticed Phillips and LG seem to the be the easiest to make region free, but I always check videohelp.com first before I get the model in question).
Life is pretty good right now.
