Okay, I tried to watch the 70's film version of "The Harrad Experiment". I read the book in the mid 80's when I first started to read about polyamory. At the time, I thought it was breathtakingly preachy, pretentious, and boring. The movie got the "boring" part down though.

1/4 of the way though, I gave up. Somewhere around the co-ed nude yoga, and the students passing "zooms" around. They "zoomed", I "zapped" the remote. This really needs to watched in a group to mock properly - appropriate for a movie dealing with multiple-partner relationships.

And if it was any more 70's, the (polyester) DVD case would have had bell-bottoms, sideburns, and an afro......

I recently found out that my apprentice Eoin MacCumhail went to the college that the book and movie were based on. He has some very interesting stories about the college and his experiences.
